Lemon Soy Seasoned Chicken

Lemon and soy sauce go well with chicken! Fresh taste goes well with both rice and bread. You can stir fry with vegetables also.

INGREDIENTS

  • chicken thigh (or chicken wing) 300 g
seasoning
  • soy sauce 2 tablespoon
  • fresh lemon juice 1 tablespoon
  • brown sugar 1 tablespoon

INSTRUCTIONS
  • Put all seasoning in a plastic bag.
  • Put chicken thigh in the seasoning bag. Mix well so that the seasoning covers all chicken.
  • Put in the fridge and let them rest more than 30 minutes. You can also freeze it after seasoning time and cook later.
  • Put chicken on a pan and heat with middle heat.
  • Fry on both sides with lid and it’s ready.
NOTES
Chicken thigh is juicy and tasty. If you season chicken thigh, it becomes more delicious.
I found chicken thigh sold in many supermarkets. It was great surprise for me. I didn’t know I could get it. It gave me a chance to cook many kinds of foods. Thank you, supermarkets.
In Finland, chicken thigh is sold without skin. That’s ok for seasoning because skin disturbs seasoning. Even so, I miss chicken skin. You can fry it crispy or boil, it suits for soups and salads. It’s delicious!
