[Lazy Sunday] Garlic Minced Meat Pizza

This is a quite heavy pizza. Almost like a steak on pizza. If you want a lighter version, you can use only half of the amount of meat. On the other hand, with this recipe you can make a meal that does not apologize for anything so why should you either?

INGREDIENTS
ingredient
  • soy sauce 2 tablespoon
  • garlic (4 cloves) 20 g
  • brown sugar 1 tablespoon
  • rough ground dried red pepper 1 teaspoon
  • black papper 1 teaspoom
INSTRUCTIONS
  • Turn oven on, 275 degrees Celsius is the right temperature. Gather all the ingredients and take Papa Rafkin pizza out from the packages. Cover oven tray with baking paper.
  • Chop champignon, onion and spring onion finely. Take a bowl and mix the minced meat with all seasoning and grated garlic.
  • Fry champignon, onion and half of the spring onion on high middle temperature until they get a nice color. Add seasoned minced meat and fry until they are done. Be careful not to fry it too dry.
  • Decorate the pizza with the minced meat and rest of the spring onion. I also grated some cheese that I found from the fridge.
  • Bake for about 8 to 12 minutes. Or until you feel its good. Be incredibly careful now, in this high temperature food can burn easily and quickly!
NOTES
Ethos for this Sunday is a heavy pizza for your time of rest. Minced meat is seasoned with the well-known combination of sweet and salty, with a pinch of Asian style from the garlic and chili.
Try also other minced meats than pork or vegetarian and vegan options. The main target is that there is plenty of filling. Or just the right amount, beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
