Easy Korean pancake
Korean-style salty pancake. This is a simple and healthy one: easy and quick to make with a lot of vegetables.
approximately 200g of a vegetable mixture including
- wheat flour 100 g
- potato starch 100 g
- water 200 g
- soy sauce 1 tablespoon
- sesami oil 2 tablespoon
- Choose your vegetables and scale for right weight.
- Cut all vegetables.
- Mix flour, potato starch, water and soy sauce in a bowl. Ass shredded vegetables and mix.
- Pour 1 tablespoon of sesame oil on the pan and heat with strong middle heat. When the pan is ready, apply half of the dough as a thin layer. No need for lid. When it has a beautiful light brown color, turn it over.
- Enjoy as it is or season just the way you like it!
This is a simple and healthy one: easy and quick to make with a lot of vegetables. You can eat it like that or sparkle a little soy sauce and vinegar on it, just delicious. I also recommend our dressings like onion, carrot and apple. They are so easy to make that in the time this pancake is coming on the pan, you will have time to make one or two of those.
