INGREDIENTS
Meatballs
  • minced chicken 300 g
  • onion 100 g
  • soy sauce 2 Tbsp
  • potato starch 1 Tbsp
  • sesame oil 1 Tbsp
  • ginger 5 g
Soup
  • chinese cabbage 500 g
  • sesame oil 1 Tbsp
  • water 1000 mL
  • ginger 5 g
  • soy sauce 2 Tbsp
  • chicken soup stock 1 tsp
  • Ajinomoto 2 pinch
  • salt
EQUIPMENT
  • pot
  • Electronic scales
  • Measuring spoon
  • Measuring cup
  • Knife
  • Cutting board
  • Silicon spatula for frying
INSTRUCTIONS
Preparing meatballs
  • Finely chop the onion and ginger.
  • Put all ingredients for chicken dumplings in a bag and mix well.
Cooking
  • Cut the Chinese cabbage into chunks and chop the ginger.
  • Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  • Add the Chinese cabbage. Cook, without touching, until well browned.
  • Add water and seasonings and heat.
  • When the water comes to a boil, add the chicken dumplings. Cut the end of the bag and squeeze out into the pot.
  • When the chicken dumplings are cooked, season with salt and serve. You can also add vermicelli.
