  • brown sugar 2 tsp
  • soy sauce 1 tsp
  • dashi stock 1 tsp

  • Mix all ingredients together.

  • Usually, we use thin color soy sauce for shiro dashi, You can use normal soy sauce for the soy sauce.
  • If you think it is not sweet enough, add 1/2 teaspoon of brown sugar. When the total comes to 3 teaspoons, it is quite sweet.
