Roasted Sesame Seeds by Fring Pan and Oven
It’s easy and useful to keep a patch of roasted sesame seeds in your kitchen! It makes many foods tastier and looks nice!
- sesame seeds 100 mL
For frying pan
- Place sesame seeds in a frying pan and heat over medium heat.
- Roast until golden brown. Stir occasionally to prevent burning.
- Preheat the oven to 175℃.
- Spread the sesame seeds on a baking sheet and cook for 3-5 minutes.
Roasted sesame seeds are useful for a variety of dishes as seasoning or just decoration. I strongly suggest making a patch of these so that you have them, you never know! Especially if you are into Asian cuisine, roasted sesame seeds are used quite often.
