Garlic olive oil
Olive oil is one the essentials you need in a kitchen. Garlic walks hand in hand with olive, so why not have that ready?
- olive oil 300 ml
- garlic (one medium sized garlic) 30 g
other necessary stuff
- glass jar
- Sterilize the glass jar and lid, for example boil it in water or heat in the oven.
- Peel garlic. If you want strong taste faster grate garlic. We just cut them in halfs. Combine garlic and olive oil in the glass jar, close with lid and preserve in the fridge. Ready to use after a few days. The grated garlic in the oil is also great for cooking.
●We can sometimes find foods at super discounts in the big supermarket. For example, a box filled with different fruits and vegetables for 2e, a plastic bag filled with spring onion for 0.5e or 1e.
