Convenient Frozen Mushrooms for Easy Umami Boost

A delicious use for these frozen mushrooms is sienisalaatti, a Finnish mushroom salad. In Finland, salted mushrooms are often used, but I like it because I can freeze mushrooms at home and make it without having to buy canned mushrooms.
