This is a roast beef sauce that can be cooked in a microwave. It has a Japanese flavor with soy sauce and brown sugar, and you can change the taste by red wine.
Be Careful with Low Temperature Cooking
I make roast beef from time to time in Finland, as chunks of meat are cheap here.
Speaking of roast beef, low temperature cooking has recently become popular, but you need to be careful, especially when cooking beef at a temperature of about 60 degrees Celsius.
I’ve seen many recipes where people prick the beef with a fork to season it, or put it on a cutting board and rub salt on it, but is that really safe?
There are risks involved in low-temperature cooking. Be sure to do your own research on the risks, make sure you are comfortable with them, and use clean methods.
Sweet Sauce with Onion
There are many flavors of roast beef sauce. I like the one with onions. It has a sweet flavor and goes well with roast beef and mashed potatoes. The next day, we usually make sandwiches, and of course, it is perfect for sandwiches.
Gorgeous roast beef, perfect for Christmas, too!
