A versatile cold dressing made with raw onion. Suits well with fried or deep fried foods when you need a balancing element for oil.
- onion (one medium sized onion) 50 g
- soy sauce 2 tablespoon
- vinegar 2 tablespoon
- brown sugar 1 tablespoon
- Measure the ingredients.
- Grind onion finely and mix with soy sauce, vinegar and brown sugar. You can also mix all the ingredients in a blender.
- Serve with a food of your choise!
A dressing for all sorts of dishes and salads. There is raw onion so the taste might feel quite strong if you’re not used to that sort of taste. I recommend trying it as a dip for Korean pancake.
