  • hot water 3 Tbsp
  • brown sugar 1.5 Tbsp
  • vinegar (or 4 Tbsp, 5% concentration, *1) 3 Tbsp
  • soy sauce 4 Tbsp
  • sesame oil 1 tsp
INSTRUCTIONS
  • Put the hot water and brown sugar in a container and dissolve the brown sugar completely.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Add 3 tablespoons of vinegar at first, then taste and add more to taste.
  • Chill in the refrigerator and serve.
