Sweet and sour dressing from raw carrot. A cold recipe, useful when you want a delicious counterpart fried or deep fried oily foods.
- carrot (one medium sized carrot) 50 g
- soy sauce 2 tablespoon
- vinegar 2 tablespoon
- olive oil 2 tablespoon
- gather the ingredients
- grind carrot finely and mix with soy sauce, vinegar and olive oil.
- you can also mix all the ingredients in a blender.
- serve with the food of your choice!
