Apple is a popular fruit to grow in your yard in Finland. When autumn comes people give away apples, because the trees just produce a lot of them. My friend gave me apples from their yard and I came up with this recipe. It's an easy one if you feel like using more apples with your daily cooking. I like to make this for corn or chicken salad(link later). Juhani likes this with pork karaage and korean pancake. This is a useful dressing to serve with oily foods because of the balancing sweet sour taste it has.
