- blue cheese 100 g
- kaki 2
- Fill the plate with gingerbreads. Cut a thin slice of blue cheese on top of each gingerbread. Peel kaki and cut a small piece on each gingerbread.
- Serve and ready! It goes well with wine or a hot drink.
