Dashimaki Tamago using Microwave

Dashimaki tamago is a Japanese omelet made with dashi. Dashimaki is cooked in a square pan, but using a microwave oven makes it easy and fluffy.
INGREDIENTS
- egg 3
- water 3 tablespoon
- dashi powder 1/4 teaspoon
- soy sauce 1 teaspoon

INSTRUCTIONS
Basic Instruction
- Add eggs, water and seasonings into a Pakastusrasia and mix well.
- Add the ingredients and mix well. See below for ingredients.
- Heat in the microwave oven for 1 minute(*1).
- Take out once and mix well(*1).
- Heat in the microwave for 1 minute.
- Continue heating in 30 second periods until the egg is completely hardened.
- Remove from heat, cover, and store in the refrigerator until the next day.
Onions
- 50 g onion, finely chopped
Spring Onion
Carrot
- 50 g carrots, coarsely shredded with a cheese crater
Dried tomatoes

Asparagus
- 50 g asparagis, cut in round slices
Tuna
- 50g canned tuna in oil
Vegetables & Tuna
- Vegetables as above, 50g canned tuna
NOTES
*1 Heat it in the microwave for about 1 minute to make it half-cooked. Take it out and stir it to even out the overall the thickness and make the texture good. Depending on the amount of eggs and the microwave’s wattage, you may need to stir the mixture when it is about half set.
If you cook it without mixing, the center will be dented and it will not look good.
